The annual New York City Village Halloween Parade is one of the most
recognized

Halloween spirit, as it is the largest public Halloween celebration in the
United States. Join the more than 2 million people that come to downtown
Manhattan to attend the parade each year. It is always on Halloween night and
begins at 7:00 p.m. If you wish to join the more than 60,000 costumed marchers
then all you have to do is arrive in costume at 6th Avenue South of Spring
Street sometime between 6:30 p.m. and 800 p.m. If you're thinking about
