Esther and Carol gets a devilish revamp this Halloween as we bring you the most haunted soiree in all of New York. Though the hotspot has made its mark in the trendy neighborhood of Nolita, its industrial exterior is the perfect cover for an incognito evening brimming with costumes and disguises.
On the corner of Bowery and Broome your supernatural evening begins. Nostalgia is the theme at this notorious lounge, but there’s nothing out of date about the diabolical Halloween mashup the live DJ will be spinning. Dance amongst the wicked until morning in this taproom complete with a disco-ball.
Nightlife legends Kevin King and Cordell Lochin have brought you a space built for entertainment. Step into the past on E&C’s top level where American retro meets Industrial Revolution. Devilish libations are served up from behind a large curved wooden bar that is a work of art itself. Floor to ceiling windows allow the rest of New York to look on with envy as ghouls and angels alike dance the night away. Follow graffiti lined stairs down into the 1970’s style lower level modeled after a recording studio that will be transformed into a sinful lair.
Haunted meets sultry at this red-lit blowout and Hallows Eve has been teasing its arrival all month now.
Pick a costume and sign a deal with the devil - Ester and Carol is ready to deliver.
